About/Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Due to the high demand for our services and the last-minute cancellations, we have implemented the following Cancellation policy. Customers are often disappointed when requesting a room with us as we are usually booked. Cancellations made within days or even hours of the scheduled arrival make it difficult to fill that spot. The cancellation policy allows us to offer the room to another customer.
We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
Holiday Stays (high peak)
Cancellations for a Holiday (high peak) stay must be made 30 days prior to your drop off date. You will be billed for cancellations made after that date for the entire reservation amount unless the room is re-booked.
Holiday (high peak) include: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, February & April school vacations
Cancellations for a non-holiday stay must be made 7 days prior to the drop off date. You will be billed for cancellations made after that date for 50% of the reservation amount unless the room has been re-booked.
Update on our mask policy
The CDC updated their mask recommendations for individuals who have completed their vaccination schedule for COVID-19. The recommendations state that fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear a mask or physically distance in any setting, except where required by federal, state, or local rules and regulations, or in cases where businesses have specific workplace rules or guidance. We understand that this may cause some confusion among our clients, and that some individuals will seek to stop wearing masks in many settings, including while visiting Littleton Pet Center.
We want to emphasize that at this point, our policies have not changed, regardless of vaccination status, and that we still require the use of masks by all team members, as well as strongly recommend them to our clients. The safety of our clients and our teams continues to be our main priority. We are investing a great deal of time and effort into developing a plan that allows us to reopen in a safe and intentional manner.
We understand that clients will have questions, and we wanted to make sure it was clear that we would be continuing to follow our current guidelines. Thank for your continued support and abiding by our guidelines.
